Terms and Conditions

There is no Refunds or Returns for any League payments to include uniforms.

Players get to keep the uniforms they pay for. In case of wrong size, number or name, players are allowed to ask our uniform providers to fix the error. Anything after it has been corrected will not be subjected to returns.

Once a player owns the uniform for the corresponding team, the player is no longer required to re-purchase uniform.

If for any reason a player is injured, unable to play, suspended, or banned from the league, there will be no refunds for league fee. The league fee cannot be negotiated. This includes the case where the player does not live in the immediate area and cannot attend all games.

Rules of Engagement and Penalties

Players will be allowed to vent out their frustrations mid plays but not exceed or overdue them
There will be no profanity or disrespectful comments towards any player or any officiating personnel, occasional mistakes with bad words will be tolerated but not forgotten.
Absolute zero tolerance for violence, unlawful behavior, threats, hate speech, bullying or picking up fights. Harsh physical contact between plays will allowed, but if a player is abusing it there will be a penalty. If there is an obvious flagrant foul or unnatural move there will be a penalty.
Taunting will be allowed as it’s a mental aspect of the game but constant patronizing will be a penalty. If an exchange of arguments exceeds a minute there will be a penalty.
Two penalties in a game will get you suspended the rest of the game. Five penalties in a season will get you suspended for an entire game scheduled. Ten penalties in a season will get you out for season to include playoffs.
If a player gets suspended for the rest of the season 2 years in a row he will be banned from the league. If a player gets suspended for the rest of the season 3 total times he will be banned from the league.
Getting banned from the league means you wont be allowed to play again for a span of 10 years.
Women are welcome to play basketball season at their own risk. Softball season is highly encouraged.

Game Rules and Violations

Most if not all NBA rules will be applied to the Basketball league.
Two halves of 20 minutes for a total of 40 minute games.
Five minute break in between halves. Clock runs on dead ball until last 5 mins.
In case of a tie, 5 minutes of overtime will be implemented.
If after overtime there is still a tie, next point wins game.
Teams will be awarded 1 full timeout (60 secs) between each half.
Most if not all USSSA rules will be applied to the Softball league.
Seven inning games or 50 minutes of play, whichever comes first.
In case of a tie, an extra inning will be implemented.
Each batter starts with a 1-1 count, foul ball on a 3rd strike is a strikeout.
Stealing bases is prohibited. One pinch runner substitution allowed per inning.
All runners must use outside home plate to score runs.
